"Wings over Wellington" 2023 Calendar

About the artist:

Rick Cleland's interest in Birding began in his native land, Australia, in 1994. When he and his Canadian wife moved from the city to take up farming fine wool Merino sheep, the opportunities for bird sightings increased but it was still just a casual interest. Fate directed a need for the move to Canada, and Photography became more of an interest for Rick.   A Black Lab, joined the family as a pup and became his constant companion on the trails. In 2012, Rick bought his first DSLR camera but it wasn't until 2015 that the passion for Bird & Wildlife photography picked up steam. Rick shoots with a Canon 7Dmkii and Sigma 150-600mm lens.
